My jellies are made only with hot peppers. The use of hot peppers and fruit creates layers of flavor and taste sensations that are truly magical. From the hot Habanero pepper, to the quite mild Poblano, there's a heat and a flavor to please every taste. To get those vibrant colors, I use no Preservatives or Artificial Coloring; just the natural colors of the fruit and peppers.
